- This pass entitles you to unlimited access to our park within our opening hours. Occasionally certain special events may be excluded, or require an additional fee; this will be clearly stated on promotional material prior to the event. Our opening hours may change without prior notice at any time.
- Annual Passes are not transferable. Only individuals named on the pass can use it. You may be asked to provide photographic identification.
- You must show your pass (and possibly photographic I.D. or proof of concession where applicable) every time you visit. If you forget it, you may be asked to pay the full admission fee.
- You will have to pay a fee of £5 if you lose or destroy your pass. This includes a new pass, and postage to your address. Contact us to avail of this service.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry and suspend or cancel your membership if necessary.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- An annual pass will last for one year from the date of purchase. We cannot accept your pass after this time. If you decide to cancel before the year is up, or you haven’t "made use" of your pass, you won’t be refunded.
